Training & Placement Cell

The Training and Placement Cell acts as an interface between the students at Aklia Educational and Research Society and the industry, and enables the students to make better and more informed career choices. The placement cell provides guidance and assistance to students by inviting officers from industry and academia to share their knowledge and experience with students through guest lectures, workshops, and seminars, and helps those securing suitable positions. The Placement Cell publishes the Placement Brochure, and organizes summer and final placements. Aklia Educational and Research Society graduates will be well placed in leading private / public sector organizations. This cell gives career counseling to students, arranges training programmes and facilitated job placements. The Training & Placement Cell firmly believes in 'Industry-Institute Interaction'. In order to accomplish 'Industry-Institute Interaction', it organizes technical talks and national seminars to provide a platform for the budding engineers to interact with professionals from various industries. It encourages visits to the industries by the college students. It arranges for industrial problems to be worked on by students as part of their projects. It also takes suggestions from members of industry regarding designing/changing of curriculum.
