Training and placement cell at Al-Falah University is devoted to training and placement needs of students. University has provided for mandatory six weeks practical training after IV semester, for Engineering students, during summer vacations. 8th semester of Engineering is exclusively earmarked for Industrial Training only.
Training and Placement department arrange for training of students in various industries. Such training is an essential element of engineering education whereby they begin to develop an acquaintance with the industrial processes and practices in terms of procuring, manufacturing, marketing, testing etc. It is always the endeavour of the Training and Placement cell to facilitate contacts between the corporate and the college. Queries from students are diligently responded. The department also organises various Personality development programs.
Training and Placement cell closely monitors openings in Govt. The sector, Technical wings of Army, Navy & Air Force and make information available to the students. The job information from various companies is continuously assimilated by Training & Placement Cell. Regular attempts are made through interaction with industries to arrange campus interviews.
