Lingaya's Vidyapeeth was established with the approval of MHRD and Govt. of India under section 3 of the UGC Act 1956. It was established in 2009 by Mr G.V.K. Sinha. The University is located within the Municipal Limits of Faridabad at Nachauli on Old Faridabad - Jasana Road with pollution-free surroundings. They train students to become effective professionals with good career prospects to meet the emerging Global and Industrial needs of the Society and Nation. The campus is spread across an area of 26.5 acres of land with a total built-up area of more than 1.2 million square feet. Lingaya's Vidyapeeth admission has a decent intake of students for the various courses offered in Engineering, Technology, Management, Computer Applications, Medical, Paramedical Sciences, Education, Mass Communication and other emerging areas.

Lingaya's Vidyapeeth Admission

Lingaya's University application form is available on the official site of the college. The application fee is to be paid by the candidate to the University. Based on the courses the University conducts the counselling/ Entrance Exam/ Interview. The required documents have to be submitted once when the admissions are done.

Lingaya's Vidyapeeth Eligibility Criteria

The courses offered by LV, Faridabad have different eligibility criteria which the students must have qualified in order to get admission to the college. The eligibility criteria for the courses are mentioned below.

LV B.Tech Eligibility

• The candidate must have passed Physics, Maths, and one of either with Chemistry/ CS subjects (PCM) combined with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent.

LV B.Arch Eligibility

• The candidate must have passed a 10+2 Exam with Mathematics as one of the subjects with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent. or
• The candidate must have passed the Polytechnic Diploma with a minimum of 55% marks.
• The candidate must have a qualifying score in NATA conducted by the Council of Architecture or should have cleared JEE paper-2 Exam.

LV MBA Eligibility

• The candidate must have completed Graduation and English as one of the subjects either at 10+2 or at a higher level with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent.

LV M.Sc Eligibility

• The candidate must have passed B.Sc. {Hons.} in relevant stream or B.Sc. (Gen) with a minimum of 50% marks.
• For M.Sc {Hons.}, Preference is given to candidates with B.Sc {Hons.} in the relevant stream.

LV Infrastructure Facilities

The University has bus facilities for the students covering all the major places in Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad & Palwal. There are AC buses available for Delhi. They provide facilities for indoor and outdoor games to encourage students to take part in sports and other co-curricular activities. There are spacious playgrounds like Cricket Ground, Football Ground, and facilities Tennis Court, Volleyball Court, Basketball Court, Badminton Hall, Table tennis Hall for other games. They also have other facilities like Yoga/ Aerobics/ Dance Hall for the students.

Hostel Details

The University provides separate hostels for boys and girls. The LV Facilities are state of the art with modern amenities and provides a neat and green environment. They provide high security for students with 24-hour security guards for entry checks. 

• The hostels are provided with 24x7 power bac, up, and Wifi.
• The students can choose between AC/ Non-AC Rooms with well-furnished rooms.
• Plasma TV with Dish Connection is present in the Common Room.
• Guest Rooms are available for Parents during their visit.

Hostel Fees

In addition to the above charges, students have to deposit INR 500 (non-refundable) as administration charges and INR 2,000 (Refundable) interest-free security charges at the time of admission.

Lingaya's Vidyapeeth Placements

The Training and Placement Cell of the University takes responsibility to assist students in placement. LV Placement cell also conducts seminars, group discussions, and mock interviews as a part of career guidance programs to improve performance in placements.  The highest salary in the private sector was 16 LPA, in the government sector was 10.6 LPA and the average package was 3.5 LPA. 84.35% of the students have been placed in the recruitment done for 2018. Lingaya's Vidyapeeth Scholarships

Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth provides Scholarship and Tuition Fee Waiver to meritorious/deserving students. A 15% off on tuition fees if a student attains an A grade in Two consecutive semesters in the first year or subsequent year. A 10% waiver in tuition fee will be given to the students who have participated in State/National/International Level games. (Applicable for only general education stream). The students of Lingaya's Vidyapeeth, after qualifying 10+2 / degree/diploma will be provided with a scholarship equivalent to 15% of the tuition fee for the entire duration of the course for pursuing his/her second degree from Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth.
