The Amrita School of Engineering, [ASE] was started in Amritapuri in 2002. The campus is spread across 80 acres of the picturesque coastline of Kerala. The institute is accredited with 'A' Grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council [NAAC] and also approved by the Ministry of Human Resource Development [MHRD].

The Amrita School of Engineering, [ASE] being a part of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has emerged to a high position discipline. The ASE institute is ranked 8th best university in India by National Institutional Ranking Framework [NIRF] in 2018. The university has six campuses located across India namely Coimbatore, Bengaluru, Kochi, Mysuru, Amritapuri, and Chennai.

• The Amrita School of Engineering admissions for candidates are done through applying online on the college official website.
• The students have to fill in all the personal information and should attach the necessary documents prescribed by the university and then submit.
• The application fee can be paid online. Fees once paid will not be returned.
• The candidate has to appear in the Entrance Test conducted by Amrita University or any other recognized university.
• The admissions to courses are based on a merit basis and rank scored by the candidates in the entrance exam.
