College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The infrastructure of the campus was excellent. It consists of a great library, classrooms with LED projectors, well arranged labs with adequate systems. And free Wi-Fi is also available inside the campus. The hostel room stay was good. But the food providing over there was is just above average.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : For joining in Amrita, candidate should pass +2/equivalent board exam with aggregate of 60% in PCM with not less than 55% for each PCM separately.And they have to qualify the AEEE or JEE mains also.The application fee will be Rs 1200/- for AEEE & 500/- for JEE mains. Based on the rank in the exam, the seat are allotted for the students. All the admission process are done through online portal called 'AOAP'.
Fees & Scholarships : Based on the rank secured in the entrance exam,the students will get scholarships. Therefore the fee structure for the each students will be different& it varies from 1-6 lk. The student who scored highest rank have to pay the lowest fees . But the students need to maintain a particular CGPA for continue on the same fee. If their CGPA get decreased , they have to pay more fees. Actually it can be considered as a technique of college authority to motivate the students to study well & score more.
