AVCE library is a treasure house of knowledge. It has a wide range of standard text books and reference books encompassing different topics and titles by well-known authors.

Every effort is taken to obtain all titles recommended by the faculty. Multiple copies of popular books are also bought to make them available as many as possible to the students.

Electronic learning (or e- learning) facility is also provided to facilitate better understanding of the subjects.
HOSTEL
The Boys hostel is situated inside the campus of AVCE itself. It has all state-of- the art facilities and can accommodate 300 students. The hostel comes under the direct control of Principal and Hostel Incharge. Parental care is provided and students are individually taken care of by the residing staff. Students can avail themselves of all the facilities available in the campus. The students are also permitted to use their own computers in their rooms with prior permission. The hostel mess is spacious with a dining hall and kitchen.Separate seating arrangements are made for both boys and girls. English newspapers and magazines are provided in each hostel. Hostellers are requested to make best use of them. There is a provision to subscribe to the newspapers/magazines to be delivered in the rooms. Hostel Tutor / Resident Tutor may be contacted for further details. STD coin booths are provided and hostellers are advised to make the best use of them. A washerman collects the clothes for washing on Mondays and Thursdays. The hostellers can avail this opportunity.
CANTEEN
A Canteen is effectively functioning to satisfy the needs of students and staff with a variety of delicious food items at affordable rates.
A kitchen with modern cooking facilities and spacious dining hall are provided for students.
All the necessary stationeries, accessories refreshment etc
It can be procured at reasonable prices from the departmental store run within the campus.
ISD/STD and copier facility are also available.
