The Arunachal University of Studies is a state-private university that was recognized in 2012 and is located in Namsai, Arunachal Pradesh. AUS has sprawling campuses of 48 acres and conducts up to as many as 154 courses that have 40 degrees. NAAC accredited AUS and approved by various regulatory agencies, like NCTE, BCI, PCI, and INC. It provides 120+ programmes in commerce & management, medical science, engineering & technology, media & science at the diploma, graduation, postgraduate, research, and pg-research levels.

Arunachal University of Studies’ admissions process is conducted in an offline style. The prospectus and application form are available for purchase for those who are interested. The completed form can be dropped off on the University's campus or at one of the university's designated drop-off locations. Each application form will be priced at Rs. 500. The candidates must fill out the application form only after they’ve confirmed that they're eligible for the courses. Candidates must have passed the last qualifying exam in the broad topics listed in the eligibility criteria with a minimum passing grade. The admission standards shall be determined solely on the basis of merit.

AUS Cut Off

Interested candidates must ensure to satisfy all the entry requirements before submitting their applications for the relevant courses.

• Candidates who have secured the highest marks will be called for the initial rounds of admission counseling and will be given the first preference of seats and the core branch of their choice.
• Candidates will be granted seats on the basis of merit from their 10+2 as well as relevant entrance examination marks.
• Admissions for Arts, Science and Commerce courses will be done on a first come first serve basis, as long as students satisfy the required eligibility criteria.
• Any students who are found not to fall in the eligibility criteria will be disqualified from the selection process and therefore will not gain admission to the respective courses.

AUS Scholarships

The scholarships are subjected to strict compliance with the terms and conditions described by the Respective granting Agencies. One candidate can apply for only one scholarship. The Grant of Scholarship is subject to approval by the granting agency. The university will not be responsible for the refusal of the scholarship. The scholarship can't be taken as a matter of right. The students are required to maintain good academic and disciplinary records for the continuation of the scholarship. All applicants are supposed to submit the required documents before the deadline published for every academic year along with self-attested testimonials, income certificates and passport-sized photographs.

Eligibility

• Scholarships are paid to students whose parents’/ guardians’ income from all sources does not exceed Rs. 2.50 lakh per annum.
• The scholarships are available for the study of all recognized post matriculation or post-secondary courses in recognized institutions except certain identified training courses like Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s Courses, Private Pilot License courses, etc.
• The scholarship holder under this scheme will not hold any other scholarship/ stipend.

Note: – Post Matric Scholarship is issued by the Govt. Of India through Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh. The University Management will not entertain the queries related to irregularities or non-receipt of Post Matric Scholarship under any circumstances.
