• Apart form providing Education the College inculcates a sense of integrity, efficiency and feeling of co-operativeness and above all confidence.
• In order to motivate the students to inculcate competitive spirit in them, College encourages the co-curricular and extra curricular activities through inter-house competitions in Art, Sports. Competitions are held in music, debates, current affair discussions.
• Education is an instrument that brings about change, a positive change to be precise. It should liberate an individual from dysfunctional social and environmental conditions and to help one programmed in a holistic way.
• Personel Development program: To develop leadership traits and qualities, students are encouraged to be a part of various committees – like Discipline, Cultural, Beautification, Various clubs which function under the guidance of faculty members.
• Development of Communication Skills: Group discussions, debates, declamations, quizzes, media, situation appreciation, projects and essay writing are organized on for improving the expression and to strengthen the confidence and communication skills of the students.

Sports  

The College encourages the students for sports. An inter-house competition is conducted and winners are awarded with prizes. Apart from this a large number of Athletic items namely discuss throws, javelin, shot put etc for both boys and girls are also organized. As such the College has setup Gymnasium for students to ensure their fitness and a variety of indoor and outdoor games like Table Tennis, Badminton, Cricket, Volleyball, Basket Ball, Kho-Kho and athletics / throws etc.

Educational Psychology Laboratory

The laboratory is well equipped with latest Tests, Tools, Inventories and equipments as per B.Ed. curriculum requirements. The laboratory is used for imparting training in the administration, scoring and interpretation of psychological tests to B.Ed. students in accordance with Guru Nanak Dev University syllabus.

Educational Technology Laboratory

Educational Technology Laboratory is well equipped with latest equipments for facilitating Teaching learning process & training purpose. B.Ed students are trained in handling various equipments available in the laboratory like OHP, educational CDs etc. They are guided to prepare transparencies.

Educational CDs are shown to the students on diversified topics related to their teaching subjects. Students are given training in the skill of teaching through Micro Teaching too.

Science Laboratory

The Science Laboratory is well equipped with the requisite facilities and equipments as per NCTE norms. It has two big demonstration tables, Charts, models and apparatus required for conducting science practical's. The laboratory is utilized for conducting classes for teaching of science students. The Laboratory is planned in such a way that the contents of theory are substantiated by charts and models placed in the laboratory and to concretize the phenomena of science in the minds of learners.

Computer Laboratory

Computer Lab. equipped with Pentium-IV machines connected through structured cabling and wireless network system, available for use by students. Computer Lab. provides computer system, software and printers for students to do their work at zero cost. It provides state of the art computing resources to help students realize their personal and career goals in order to be competitive in the work force of the future. Computer systems are connected with internet facility which is available for students free of cost.

Art & Craft Room

The college has a workshop for fabricating teaching Aids and Art exhibits. This Lab. is used for many purposes e.g. conducting lectures for Art & Craft, preparation of paintings by the students, for providing training in preparation of articles prescribed in the syllabus of Hands on Experience, for guidance in preparing the teaching aids of different subjects and for practicing & improving Black-Board writing.
