Baba Farid University is a state-level university. The university is University Grants Commission (UGC) approved and a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). This is one of the finest universities in India for medical science which offers MBBS, MD, MS, PG Diploma, BSc (Nursing), and MSc (Nursing) programs and the university is recognized by the Government of India. It has more than 7 constituent and 100 affiliated colleges.
