Babu Shivnath Agrawal College, Mathura college was established by Agrawal Shiksha Mandal in the year 1958. It was established by 'Shri Agrawal Shiksha Mandal' in the memory of Late Hon'ble Babu Shivnath Agarwal, who donated one-fourth of his property for the establishment of the institution.

It is affiliated to Dr. B.R.A. University, Agra. It is approved by UGC and AICTE. The college is one of the most prominent institutions in Northern India. The college aims to provide opportunities to the young generations for evolving their core competencies for building up their career.
