Library: College has central library which currently contains around 45000 books with 6000 titles and also consisting of both Indian and foreign authors.

Hostel: College currently has 8 boys and 4 girls hostels. Each hostel has mess facility.

Guest House: College has guest house with good accommodation and dining facilities. Booking is done through Officer -In charge of guest house.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are many hostels, and the fee is also less. Approximately 16k for six months. PGs are not available, so you can stay in a hostel or take a room on rent. Everything is well maintained.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The admission is on the basis of JEE Main rank. It varies every year, but the college is good, and the location is also nice. Cut-off varies from branch to branch.
Placements & Internships : I have done internship in python from internshala. The companies hire for IT, manufacturing, Finance, Marketing, sales etc. The average salary is 6 lakhs, highest is 12 lakhs.
Fees & Scholarships : The fee is 31k to 33k. There are many scholarships for girls and boys, they can apply. If 100 students apply, atleast 90 of them get the scholarships. Loans you can get easily.
Academics & Faculty : The class time are 9 am to 1 pm, a project is given atleast 1 every year, one exam is held every sem. Teaching is nice but self study is needed. Overall, it is nice but placements are less so it depends on you.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are around 6 -8 hostel for boys. PGs are not available easily outside. The food is average for which we pay 13000 for 6 months. The quality of the classroom is not so good generally for the 1st year students
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The admissions is totally based on the mains rank. I have given JEE MAIN exam. The cut off for this course is divided into similar categories.
Placements & Internships : No-till now I don't have taken any internship. I don't know about the companies which come to our campus.
Fees & Scholarships : 37 thousand tuition fees and 13 thousand is mess fee. Sc St scholarships are available. Generally the 1st and 2nd ranker.
Academics & Faculty : We generally get the assignment. The method of teaching is good but there are not proper classes. It is good
Clubs & Associations : There are no clubs but there are many things for entertainment. The main festivals are Scientia, scintilla, spardha and many others. It is good.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The college is situated in foot hills of himalayas. College campus is very vast but there is no use of it as it is in remote area of uttrakhand. There is a lot of time for students if they want to prepare for competitive exam. Faculties do not pressurize for attendence but thinking is not broad.
Placements & Internships : There is no such big placements from this college although training and placement cells are trying best to change that. On average most students get off campus placement. There is no such proper on campus placement but alumni network is good as they help juniors to get jobs
Fees & Scholarships : INR 66000 PA tuition fees for general quota students Approximately INR 12000 mess fees per semester. Scholarships are there for sc, st, Kashmiri migrant quota, tuition wavier fees quota. Around 30 students from each year get a scholarship. No loans needed.
Clubs & Associations : There is coding clubs, savi (student association verbal interaction) club, pyp club for social activities. Main fest of colleges are aarohan and scientila for cultrual festival and spradha for sports Life of college is very peaceful if a student wants to prepare for competition then he or she can utilize time.

Placements & Internships : Our Training and Placement Cell is not very active and we don't have a good alumni connection.But due to the reputation of our college, there is a few Placement for CSE and ECE branch at the negotiable package
Fees & Scholarships : My college fee for a year is INR 39000 And the college offer scholarship for students based on the merit criteria apart from it Student gets benefits as per as scholarship for based on the guidelines of Govt of India
Academics & Faculty : Classes timing with 9-1 but we don't have a good lab, there is a very little project and we don't have a great opportunity to be creative. Quality is poor.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are around 12 hostels in Bipin Chandra Tripathi Kumaon Engineering College, Almora. Yes, 12 exactly. The hostels are so poorly maintained, the food is just sick, very very poor quality of food is served in the hostel mess. Toilets are sometimes not even cleaned for months. The hostel fees are Rs.11000(in round figures). There are no available options for PG, the college is in mountains and especially in that location which is really isolated from cities, you yourself can imagine what would be available options for PG now. As told , the food is YUCK, rather than getting inside it straightly comes out of my mouth. Is that a food? It tastes horrible. Anyone would get sick after eating that. Yeah, classrooms are fine. Do we have labs also? Yes, i remember 1 or 2. Libraries are worst. Poor wifi connectivity.
Academics & Faculty : The daily routine is fine in Bipin Chandra Tripathi Kumaon Engineering College, Almora. Method of teaching is really poor. Instead who will teach when there are no faculties left over. Imagine it how poor it would be .The class commences on time but MTech students are asked to teach us for most of the time. My experience in college was good. I have learnt so many things specially how to survive in such kind of worst atmosphere. Frankly, it's like Survival in our college means survival in any part of the world.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for the admissions in Bipin Chandra Tripathi Kumaon Engineering College, Almora follows getting good rank in JEE MAIN before it was known as AIEEE. I have scored good rank in that exam and unfortunately got admission in this college in the respective discipline. The cutoff rank for that exam was 460( state rank)
Placements & Internships : Yes, i have done my internships from IIT GUWAHATI AND TATA MOTORS LTD. No i didn't recieved any stipend. Most IT companies hire from our college Bipin Chandra Tripathi Kumaon Engineering College, Almora. The average salary is around 3.5-4 lacs. Highest was around 9 lacs .For mechanical its a tough question to answer because core companies do not hire from our college.
Fees & Scholarships : The course fee is Rs. 43000(in round figures) for a year in Bipin Chandra Tripathi Kumaon Engineering College, Almora. Being in a general category I don't receive any scholarship but yes other category students do receive a huge amount , no matter how poor they are in studies. Beside general students, everyone gets scholarships. Yes, definitely people like us, who are from middle class need rupees to study. I know how difficul was it for me to manage up money. It is a difficult task to avail loan from banks if needed. Bank did not provide me with the loan.
Clubs & Associations : No, there is no such club or association in Bipin Chandra Tripathi Kumaon Engineering College, Almora. The main festival for campus is AAROHAN Being very frank, life is just fine. It is not like very awesome very good and even we can't say it too bad also. So I would add only fine. There are no faculties , no books in the library, simply useless sick everything.
