The eligibility criteria for placement assistance at Sabarmati University are as follows:

• Minimum 60% Aggregate: Students should have secured at least 60% aggregate marks from senior secondary school (12th grade) onward.
• Minimum 60% in External Examination: Students must score a minimum of 60% in the external examination conducted by the university.

Clearance of Graduation/Post-Graduation: Students must have successfully completed their graduation and post-graduation programs without any backlogs.

Placement Process

Sabarmati University, following the One Student, One Job policy

1. Categories of Companies Based on CTC
• Category A: Companies offering CTC > ₹4 LPA.
• Category B: Companies offering CTC between ₹1.8 LPA - ₹4 LPA.
• Category C: Companies offering CTC up to ₹1.8 LPA.
2. Policy for Category A
• Once a student secures a job in Category A, they will be removed from the placement process and cannot attend further interviews with any other companies.
3. Eligibility for Appearing in Other Categories:
• Unplaced Students: Students who haven't been placed can appear for any company in any phase.
• Phase-2 Placement: If a student has been placed in a Phase-2 company and 80% of the students in their branch have been placed, they can attend interviews for other companies.
• Phase-3 Placement: Similarly, if a student has been placed in a Phase-3 company, they are eligible for other interviews.
4. Parallel Recruitment Process:
• If two or more companies are conducting parallel recruitment processes, students may have to choose between the companies and continue the process with only the selected company.
• Once a student makes a decision and advances in the selection process, no changes will be accepted.
