Centre for Distance and Virtual Learning, [CDVL] Hyderabad was established within the year 1994. The aim of this institute is to make individuals who serve to the simplest of their abilities in their own organization or elsewhere. The University takes appropriate measures for promoting inter-disciplinary studies and research. The college is approved by AICTE, UGC; affiliated to University of Hyderabad - [UOH], Hyderabad.
CDVL Fees and courses are very peculiar. They need a gaggle of experienced faculty who train the scholars to become qualified professionals.
The candidates selected for admission are going to be intimated individually under certificate of posting and also through the e-mail (addresses if provided to the CDVL office).
Reservations for SC/ST/OBC students are going to be in accordance with the policy of the govt of India and therefore the guidelines of the University Grants Commission. Students applying for such programmes should submit, along side their application, a replica of their caste/tribe certificate from a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tahasildar / Mandal Revenue Officer.
3% of Admissions in Centre for Distance and Open learning, for every course are reserved for physically challenged students with the minimum degree of disability to the extent of forty percent, as long as their physical disability doesn't hamper pursuit of the course.
Each physically handicapped student shall be required to submit a certificate from a Civil Surgeon indicating the extent of visual/physical disability and also the extent to which the incapacity hampers the scholar in pursuing his/her studies. the scholars may need to undergo a fresh checkup, if decided by the University, before being admitted.
