Chaitanya Degree College is a Private unaided college and was established in the year 1991 under Viswa Bharathi Education Society Warangal. The Degree College will come under the Chaitanya group of educational institutions. Chaitanya is a premier group of educational institutions in the area of Higher Education and Technical Education in Southern India. The College is Accredited to NAAC with the status of grade A and is granted by UGC and Kakatiya University.

The college is recognised by the All India Centre for Technical Education [AICTE] and NAAC. Chaitanya Degree and PG College, Warangal offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses as well as research programmes such as M.Phil and Ph.D. the faculties in the college are Science, Engineering Technology, Pharmacy, Management, Commerce and Arts. The college offers excellent placement opportunities in collaboration with Tata Consultancy Services [TCS].

At the undergraduate level, the college offers B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BBM, B.Pharmacy and Pharm.D and B.Tech degrees as well as a Diploma in Mass Communication and Journalism. The B.Sc degree has a vast number of combinations that the students can choose from. an integrated B.Sc + M.Sc programme is also offered in Chemistry and Biotechnology. The undergraduate programmes are for a duration of 3 years. The B.Tech and B.Pharmacy course being the exceptions, are of 4 years. The Pharm.D [Doctor of Pharmacy] course is for a duration of 6 years. Eligibility criteria for the various courses are as given below-

Postgraduate courses offered by the college are M.Sc, MCA, MBA, MA, M.Tech, M.Pharmacy and Pharm.D [Post Baccalaureate]. All courses are for a duration of 2 years, with the exception of the Pharm.D course which is for a duration of 3 years. Specializations offered under each programme are listed below-

Eligibility criteria for admission of postgraduate courses are given in the table below. Admission to the college is on the basis of Merit in previous education as well as the Chaitanya Entrance Test [CET] conducted by the Institution. It can be answered online, or at offline centres.

At the research level, Master of Philosophy [M.Phil] and Doctor of Philosophy [Ph.D] are offered by the college. M.Phil is a 1-year degree and Ph.D can require up to 3-4 years for completion. Specialization subjects that can be pursued are given in the table below-

Eligibility criterion for admission to M.Phil/Ph.D courses is completion of post graduation in their concerned field. Admission to the college is on the basis of Merit in previous education as well as the Chaitanya Entrance Test [CET] conducted by the Institution, it can be answered in offline centres or online. Students who fit into the following categories need not appear for the CET exam-

• Those who are qualified and possess a valid score in UGC-NET (including JRF) / UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF) / ICMR / GATE / GPAT / SLET / Teacher Fellowship and M.Phil. Degree holders.
• Those serving as Project Fellows in the projects sanctioned by national funding agencies.

• In the Online Applications section, view the admission guidelines and select the appropriate links to access the UG Admission Form of CDPGC / PG CET examination Application / M.Phil and Ph.D entrance applications.

• Submit form.
