It is a well known fact that, Quality takes a back seat when Quantity is given importance. It is important to standout in the competition by improving our Quality of the institution by designing methodologies to improve the operating system in holistic aspects. Our Respected Vice Chairman has always given us the freedom and support to adopt innovative practices in the campus. His good self wanted a platform to connect all activities and streamline it for administrative convenience which would spell change in the campus.

WHY THIS TRAINING CELL?

Plenty of discussions ensued with the idea of forming a training cell, which would cater to the needs of our institution. Through this training cell students are trained on communication skills, general aptitude, technical aptitude, interview and group discussion etiquettes.

COMPOSITION OF THE TRAINING CELL

The training cell is a four member team and it shall be independent, in its functioning. It comprises of the training officer Mrs. S. Geetha and she would be assisted by Mrs J. Valli, Mr M. Krishna Kumar and by Mr. S. Ananth.

WORKING MECHANISMS OF TRAINING CELL

• Four members are to engage classes.
• Three hours per week for each class.
• Syllabus is framed by Training cell.
• Monthly activities are scheduled between Inter departments.
