Placement
The Training and Placement and Cell of the College was inaugurated on June 2002 by padmabhusan Dr. Jacob Cherian , The Cell, thus brought into being, started its activities under the charge of Rajalakshmi, Head of Department of Placement cell .Now the cell is co-ordinated by Placement coordinators. The Training and Placement Cell in the college arranges campus selection of students, personality development programmes, training for interviews and competitive examinations, industrial training for students, assistance for higher studies in India and abroad, and other career development schemes.
Objectives
The principal objective of the Cell is to enhance the professionalism and employability of the students of the college so as to facilitate the achievement of their career goals. This entails the following:
Augment institution-industry interaction
Expose the students to Industrial environments
Render the students to participate in value-added programmes
Assess the aspirations of the students for their chosen field/career
Assist the students in realizing their short-term career goals
Update the information regarding developmental activities in the various industrial sectors.

The feed-back from the students on these programmes were effusive and showed them to be very effective.

Placements & Internships : Some of the key companies that have visited our campus includes Indian Navy, Yureka Forbes,HCL,Axis Bank,Idbi bank, etc. Average salary offers lies between Rs 25000 to Rs 30000 per month.Highest salary offered in the campus is 45000 indian rupees per month The college do have a strong alumini network which is very active through the college groups in social media
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibiity criteria for pursuing the course is that you should have completed 12th or any other equivalent course with proper certification. There are both management and merit seats.For management seates entrance exams are not given any importance, but to avail merit seates entrance exams are mandatory. Students are advised to score more than 40% marks in all the exams to be awarded with a pass certificate and degree certificate on completing the course ,as per the Anna Univesity norms.
Fees & Scholarships : The college fees is Rs 70,000 per year. Students are encouraged to avail different scholarships that are announced by the state government of Tamilnadu, and students who need help are supported via management scholarships offered by the college management More than 130 students are given management scholarships per year If students are not able to manage their fees they can make use of the bank loan facility from the banks of their choices
Academics & Faculty : Punctuality and discipline are well maintained and monitored in the college campus Lessons are taken by skilled professors and lecturers Any student in the campus will be glad to rate an above average experience and performance about the college
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The college has a hostel for both boys and girls maintained seperately within the college campus itself and the fee for food and accomodation is aroud Rs 50,000 per year The food available is of good quality, but the quantity varies according to it cost. An averag meal costs about 30 rupees The classrooms are of good quality with good atmosphere, the classes were handled by good staff in both English and Tamil
Clubs & Associations : I am enjoying my college life, but when I am seeing other colleges in Kerala I think that I have wasted my 4 years of college life here.
