CCCBA B.Com Admission 2024

City College offers a B.Com course of 3-years duration. Candidates shall apply online for admission to the course. For B.Com, applicants who have completed 10+2 in any discipline from a recognized board are eligible to apply. Admission to both programs is given on the basis of the candidate’s merit in the qualifying examination.

B.Com Eligibility Criteria

Admission to various B.Com courses requires minimum marks in the qualifying examination. For B.Com General, those who have passed HSC in relevant discipline are eligible to apply. Admission to B.Com course is merit-based. The minimum eligibility requirement for admission to B.Com Honours course is HSC with minimum 50% marks (Minimum 40% marks for SC/ ST candidates) in best four subjects excluding Environmental Studies and 45% (Minimum 40% marks for SC/ ST candidates) in the concerned subject or 55% in the relevant subject for the General, OBC-B category candidates. 22% seat reservation is provided to SC candidates and 6% reservation is provided to OBC candidates. Under B.Com (Hons) for SC/ ST candidates, 40% in aggregate and 40% in the relevant subject is required.
