The Placement Cell of the CK College of Engineering & Technology, is functioning effectively with an intention of achieving 100% placement for the students. TIME & SMART are the two consultancies, arranged for coaching classes for solving the aptitude test questions, Soft Skill Enhancement Programs, conducting Model test (written & online), Group Discussion, Mock Interviews, etc. The Placement Cell is maintaining a strong database of major recruiters and building cordial relationship with all of them and interacting with industry personnel regularly. The Placement cell has up-to-date information regarding the present trends prevailing in the industry and providing periodic information to the students, regarding the expectations and the recruitment procedure of the individual industry. An MoU Is signed with VIT University, Vellore & CII Employability Bridge for the placement. The Placement Cell is functioning with the Liaison Officer and Department wise staff & student's Placement Coordinators.

PRACTICAL TRAINING-

Industrial visits give the students a chance to know the various processes and the equipment’s working in the industry. It gives an overview of the industrial working environment and also allows the students to correlate the theoretical knowledge in industry. Students also get to know about intra and inter-departments linkages within the organization and understand behavioural aspects within an organization. Each batch (YEAR) of the respective branch will have 2 PKT/SEM.
