Cooch Behar College - West Bengal BSc: Courses, Eligibility

Placements & Internships : Private companies like Finance, Marketing, HR-based provides us with the job. Govt sectors provide us jobs in railway, bank, defence etc.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Students have to apply online for any course. The college will publish merit list. Only whose name is on the merit list are qualified.

Fees & Scholarships : Our course fee per is around INR 8000 Per year. Yes, scholarship option is available for us, but there are no scholarships for general cast, only for sc, st and obc cast the scholarships are provided. No loans needed for this course because the fee is low.

Academics & Faculty : The class starts at11:00 a.m. daily and we have to attend the practical class 3 days in a week. The teachers are good, but the practical instruments are very old and outdated. Overall it's a good college.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 2 boys hostels and 1 girls hostel. I don't know the hostel fees as i live near the college. Unfortunately, there is a small canteen and the food cost is regular like rice and curry is 30 rupees per plate. Classrooms are clean, labs are bit old, libraries are good but only a few use it. 

Clubs & Associations : The student union of our college is good. My life in college is basically awesome and i am pretty much satisfied with my college.
