MKSSS's Cummins College of Engineering for Women is an Autonomous engineering college in Pune, Maharashtra, India established in 1991 and run by the Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Samstha.
Cummins College of Engineering Placement Cell
The College has a separate Training and Placement Cell. A Placement Committee consisting of one faculty representing each department decides the guidelines for the placement activity. As Cummins College of Engineering for Women has become autonomous since 2016, a Summer Internship after the completion of the VIth Semester, for 8-10 weeks, is mandatory for all students. Sessions are arranged on Resume Writing, Interview Techniques, and Aptitude Test. Guest Lectures and Training Programmes are arranged for the students not only this but cummin college also established E-cell and Startup cell for students promote entrepreneurship among our students.
Internships Programs
College also provides internships for students for 6 to 8 months during the 3rd and 4th year at various companies like TCS, Wipro, L&T, and many more. Which give exposure to students for placements

An entrepreneurial spirit is a mindset. It is an attitude and approach to thinking that actively seeks out change, rather than waiting to adapt to change. It is a mindset that embraces critical questioning, innovation, service, and continuous improvement. With these objectives, the institute formed E-Cell named Yukta. MKSSS’S Cummins College of Engineering has signed MOU with National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) to promote entrepreneurship among our students and similarly Startup cell focus on The institute has formulated “Start-up & Innovation Cell” to promote start-up and innovation activities with following details. This is an initiative supported by the Incubation Centre (Innovation, Incubation, and Linkage) of Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). The main objective is to provide incubation for technology and social start-ups.
