Eligibility Criteria for MBA
DVSGI offers MBA courses with the following criteria:

Bachelor’s degree examination in any discipline from an Institution recognized by AICTE/UGC. Bachelor’s degree should have been obtained under 10+2+3 system of education or equivalent system with at least 50% marks in qualifying examination & have appeared for CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA Examinations.

Candidates, who are in the final year of graduation may also apply for PGDM with the condition that they submit their final year marks sheet by the stipulated time.

Admissions shall be made on the basis of marks obtained in the national / state competitions/our own entrance test (DMAT), GD, Interview and overall academic record.
- Minimum of 3 Years Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks or equivalent in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities.
Application Process for MBA
The Application is completely digital, the candidates will have to select the couse and procced ahead as the instructions tell them to. This is available through the Official Website.
Admission Process for MBA
The candidates are short listed on the basis of scores obtained in the entrance examination. Selection to the program is based on score obtained by the candidate in the state entrance exam as per the university prescribed procedure.
Short listed candidates are called for GD and Personal Interview by the Institute. Their academic record is also evaluated.The final list is based on the score obtained in the Entrance Test, Group Discussion, Qualifying Exam, Personal Interview and Academic Record of the candidates.
Each component of evaluation shall have the following weight-age:

Academic Record – 15%
Based on these, if the candidates secure +60% ,they are directly enrolled into the college.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria to join Dewan VS Institute of Management is having a graduate in any discipline from recognised university or Institute only. The students have to clear the CAT / MAT / XAT/ ATMA exam to get admission in this college. The cut-off for my course is in CAT 80, MAT 85, XAT 85, ATMA 85 is required to get admission in this college.
Placements & Internships : Dewan has an excellent placement record including foreign placements. I completed my internship at Infosys, where I got a stipend. It was a great experience. The average salary package offered to the students is Rs. 3.4 lakhs pa and highest being Rs. 14 lakhs pa.
Academics & Faculty : Seven Specializations is provided by the Dewan VS Institute of Management like Marketing, Finance, Managing Human Capital, International Business, Operations Management, Managing Family Business, and Information Technology.
