HOSTEL

The Institute has magnificently designed separate hostels for Boys and Girls each with all modern facilities , for boarding and other recreational activities. The hostels have their own mess to provide good hygienic food to the students.  
The boys hostel has the capacity of about 120 boys (extendable upto 150 ) whereas the girls hostel can house 110 girls (can be extended upto 140)... Both hostels have common Rooms, Gyms, Badminton Courts, Vollyeball ground and facilities for other indoor games.

Hostel Committees

Various committees viz cultural, discipline, sports, mess, maintenance have been established to provide opportunities for overall development in their personalities during their stay in the hostel. These clubs serve to organize all the cultural events and other happenings in the hostel.
News and TV Room:
The hostel provides the students with daily newspapers and various magazines to make them aware of the daily happenings of the world.

LIBRARY

DMI Engineering College has been established with a long-range vision of shaping itself into a premier technical Institution in the country offering UG and PG courses. It aims to develop itself into a research center. The Central library has an extensive collection of books and is augmented on a continuous basis. The library subscribes to popular periodicals, national and international journals. A large number of CD-ROMs and audio cassettes are a supplementary digital resource offered.

TRANSPORT

The DMI College buses are available to the students and staff for commuting not only from various parts of the city but also from the suburbs to the College campus and back. All students can make use of the college transport. This student friendly facility has made it possible to begin the classes in time and thereby helping the academic process continue seamlessly. This has also enabled the College to drive home the importance of punctuality and discipline among students.

DMIEC is having its own transport section which takes care of the transport of the staff and students. They are plying almost in all the main routes of the city.

The College has a fleet of Hi-Tech buses for the convenience of students and staff.
The hi - tech buses are intended to make travel more comfortable and less tedious.
The buses flying in the following routes provide efficient service with utmost punctuality and safety.
