Placement Cell of the Doon Group of Colleges holds the responsibility of overseeing the annual placement exercise of the Group. The placement department plays a significant role in matching the academic excellence of our students with industry expectations. This department provides guidance, support and links with potential employers and the students are rigorously trained to put in their maximum effort in the campus interviews. Its aim is to help the students to find the jobs they are looking for and also provide facilities to the companies to conduct their recruiting procedure. The dedicated team of Placement Cell works with the vision to imbibe success vitamins for professionalism. The positive persuasive thought for believing in power of mind, self strength, cooperative alliances with people, acceptance of constructive criticism, positive mental attitude and enthusiasm in deeds and words are the keys for personality & career building, for which Training & Placement provides an opportunity to the students. Training and Placement cell working in close coordination of the faculty, organize and helps students in getting vocational Industrial training and provides a platform for students seeking recruitment to interact with possible recruiters on the campus. Renowned & potential recruiters like Winkies, HDFC, Mahindra, The Lalit, Intas, Ranbaxy, Apollo, Religare and many more have been conducting on-campus placement drives through the years. Every year hundreds of students from different streams get recruited in such industries, keeping in view student's interest and academics. In addition to this, huge numbers of students gets qualified in different National & State competitive exams and are working in different government departments/agencies.
