 Our Buoyant Campus

A WI-FI and state of art campus of Dr I T Group which is situated in close vicinity of Chandigarh -the City beautiful. It is located on Chandigarh-Patiala National highway, rapidly emerging as educational hub of the region. Located strategically, the campus is about 20 Kms from Chandigarh Airport and railway station. It is a refreshingly different organization, responsible and committed to its objectives. Having focused on quality and excellence, it has achieved recognition within a few years.

The WI - FI campus which has two lakh sq. ft. of covered area in lush green surroundings is perfectly suitable for educational institute. The building plan has been visualized to blend and harmonize the principles of aesthetics and academics. The centrally air-conditioned building with well furnished lecture halls, high-tech audiovisual equipment provides unique teaching-learning vibes. There are facilities for volley ball, badminton games and yoga classes. Besides these facilities T.V. lounge, T.T. room, gymnasium, recreation room and canteen and mess are accommodated to create a picture perfect panorama.

Library

Library of Dr IT Group is an invaluable resource for students, researchers and faculty. The Library has been primarily designed to meet the requirements of the Institute's academic programmes. The library has over the years built a robust collection of books and periodicals. The aim of the library is to provide the right environment, appropriate facilities and services to support high quality teaching and learning and associated administrative processes.

Computer Labs

The campus has fully air-conditioned, state-of-the-art Information Technology Centre spread over a sprawling 22000 sq.ft. of area. As a necessary part of their curriculum, the students of management and Technology, use the accessibility to latest relevant data and information, for preparing presentations, projects and other assignments.

The IT Centre has been designed to provide the students with awareness by the latest facilities available in the Industry. The computer labs have 150 computers, IBM server with OFC and optical fibre connectivity. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled.

HOSTEL

Hostel wing of Dr I T Group are the centre of attraction for its intellectual compatibility. Here hostel is famous for its one-minute walk – “One-minute walk to gymkhana... One minute walk to soccer ground... One minute walk to open air theatre... One minute walk to Students activity Centre". To make the environment conducive for holistic development of students, the Institute's ensure provision of all basic necessities in the hostel which includes 24 hour power back up, clean drinking water, a well lit, and adequately ventilated spacious room, equipped with a bed, study table, with Wi Fi communication facility. It also provides air conditioners at a nominal cost to the students. Dr I T Group has well furnished separate hostel facility for boys and girls with parental care and affection. The hostel can cater to large number of students in terms of capacity: Boys: 160seats Girls : 65 seats. In future the hostel can provide 200 seats for girls & 400 seats for boys.

Auditorium

Auditorium is playing a significant role in fulling the cultural and intellectual aspect of the personality of our student.

To provide multifaceted development to each of our student, Institutes keep on holding numerous events, including Spardha, Stand-Out day, etc. The multipurpose, spacious auditorium with sitting capacity of 600 persons equipped with the latest audiovisual aids, add to the glory of the student intellect.

GYM ,YOGA 

To nurture healthy mind, Physical health is essential. For this physical gymnastics too provide learning environment.

A special emphasis is laid on the inculcation of moral values among students through meditation, yoga, lectures and interaction with enlightened persons. Yoga classes are a part of curriculum.

CAFETERIA

The green surroundings of the cafeteria not only provide an excellent ambience for the academic endeavours but also enable students and the faculty to get opportunity to relax, think, discuss academic or non academic issues.

Transport

There is a fleet of own buses with the Institutes to facilitate students from Chandigarh, Patiala, Ambala, Panchkula, Mohali and Dera- Bassi.
