Central Library

 To cater to the needs of Students and the Faculty, the Central Library is equipped with about 16,661 volumes and about 2,540 Titles covering the core subjects as well as general subjects. The Library is fully automated and the data base is managed by Vidya software. A good collection of Titles is earmarked as reference books and a spacious reading room is attached to it. The Library is subscribing to as many as 60 National and 56 International Journals and also 25 National and International Magazines. The books are arranged and classified according to the Dewey Decimal Classification Scheme. All students and staff are the members of the library and about 180 persons can use library simultaneously, Open Access System is followed in the library. The library rules are formulated with the main focus on maximum utilization of all the library resources by all sections of the college and to facilitate the smooth functioning.

National Service Scheme (NSS)

 Community service rendered by university and +2 level students has covered several aspects like adoption of villages for intensive development work, carrying out the medico-social surveys, setting up of medical centres, programmes of mass immunization, sanitation drives, adult education programmes for the weaker sections of the community, blood donation, helping patients in hospitals, helping inmates of orphanages and the physically handicapped etc. NSS volunteers did commendable relief work during natural calamities/emergencies such as cyclones, floods, famine, earthquake, et. From time to time all over the country. The NSS students have also done useful work in organising campaigns for eradication of social evils, and popularization of the nationally accepted objectives like nationalism, democracy, secularism, social harmony and development of scientific temper.

Sports & Games

Sports and games have been part of human society for thousands of years. The importance of these things should not be underestimated. Much of young childrens learning comes from participating in sports and games, and this same participation as adults can lead to happier, healthier and more productive lives.

Boys Hostel 

 There is a Luxurious Men’s Hostel in the campus. 90 % of the Rooms have attached toilet facilities. All the rooms are connected with hot water (Solar) besides ordinary bath. It has its own mineral water plant with 500 liters capacity per hour, which is connected to water collars. There is a large play ground right in front of hostel to keep students fit.

Girls Hostel

The Women’s hostel is constructed in a separate Campus of 3 Acres with its own compound wall of 12 to 18 feet height supported by solar fence. 75% of the rooms have attached toilet facility. All the rooms are well ventilated. Students are provided with cots. In each room 4 to7 students would be accommodated comfortably. It is the safest place for girl’s students. The total hostel has a single gate were 24 hours security is present and no student can leave the hostel without permission from the authorities.

College Canteen

 There is a Luxurious Canteen in the campus.
