B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

• The candidates should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Computer Science/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Chemistry/ Computer Applications as an additional subject with a minimum of 45% marks and a minimum of 30% marks in English.
• For reserve category students, the minimum marks in the compulsory subjects and the additional subject is 40% marks.
• All candidates should have a valid WBJEE/ JEE (Main)/ CEE-AMPAI score.

M.Tech Eligibility Criteria

• The candidates should have passed B.Tech or its equivalent in the relevant field with a minimum of 50%.
• Candidates should have a valid GATE/ CEE-AMPAI/ PGET-MAKAUT score.

Diploma Eligibility Criteria

• The candidates should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with a minimum of 35% marks excluding the additional subject taken as counselling and the candidate should have a valid JEXPO score.
• For direct admission, candidates should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with a minimum of 35% marks and a minimum of 90% marks in physics & mathematics.
