Library
The Library and Information Centre – A Gate way to Knowledge Resource is one of the Central support Services of DVRCET .The information Center is well equipped with all modern facilities and resources in the form of CD-ROMs, books, journals, reports etc. we are committed to provide an excellent library facility for its users.
The Library is located in the college campus and is housed in a two storeyed building spanning around 533 square meters. Many knowledge-based services like Reference, Bibliography, CD-ROM data bases, Internet browsing and e-services are provided by the library for its users. Presently the library is housing a massive collection of around 25,803 volumes and 4,669 titles of reading material in various branches of Science and Technology. 57 National and International Journals also augment and supplement the strength of document collection. A separate book bank for economically weaker sections is available in the library.
A state of the art Digital Library is available at DVRCET . Digital Library is a gate way to the world of e-resources and a one stop shop for nascent information It helps the students to access information and data globally, which is a boon to the knowledge seeker. A dedicated 4 MB internet service is provided for this purpose.
Computer Labs
Institution building and human resource development management will occupy high priority in our educational programmes. Quality human resource is our major thrust and providing necessary infrastructural facilities to realize our mission objective is an imperative need. DVRCET is known for its quality and academic excellence. Excellent infrastructural facilities are created to house several departments with well furnished laboratories. The college has three computer centers with state of the art facilities.
Sports
The balance of mind and body is essential for an individual’s development, hence we provide various sports facilities such as cricket ground, courts for basket ball, volley ball, badminton, tennikoit and throw ball. The campus also allows for the indoor games of all possible types.
Canteen
The taste buds come to life in our well maintained, hygienic and spacious canteen. The visit to the canteen is refreshing and delightful always.
DVRCET has the facility of a spacious and clean canteen that caters to the taste of all students. The canteen has good facilities, which provides morning breakfast , hot lunch, snacks and beverages to the students and staff at reasonable rates. It is well maintained with efficient service. The canteen remains open on all working days.
The quality of food and services of the canteen are monitored and reviewed by a standing Committee
Transportation
The college provides transport support for the convenience of its students thorough a network of eighteen routes from all corners of the city. Special buses are arranged in the evening, at college, for the students staying back for examinations, sports, library and extra classes.
Power Backup
The college has a Diesel Generator to provide power supply to the Department and Laboratories in times of power supply failure.
The computer labs have the following backup facility:
- 45 KVA – Online UPS with 3 Hrs backup with Automotive Batteries.
- 25 KVA – Online UPS with 3 Hrs backup with Automotive Batteries

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There is no hostel provided here. Quality of classroom is worst. Old benches and old fans etc. Fans are broken. Canteen is the best spot to eat and play mini militia
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Do not join this college. If you want to enjoy you can take an admission in this college. Here faculty will not be paid salary and they strike
Placements & Internships : We bunk many classes and no one cares. Labs are provided but no knowledge to faculty. They read the textbook and say to students
Fees & Scholarships : College fees are 20k if you're from convener quota but I asked for the discount so I pay only 10k per year. Scholarships are given by the government.
Academics & Faculty : There is no timetable. Every day is boring to us. We just go and sit in the classroom and sleep when there is class. Some faculty are good but other they just read the textbook and say
Clubs & Associations : There are no fests and events. We enjoy ourselves. But we enjoy a lot every day and have fun. No sports no cultural activities

Entrance Exams & Admissions : One can admit in this college through an entrance exam named EAMCET which stands for ENGINEERING AND MEDICAL COMMON ENTRANCE TEST. It is organized by the Telangana state government. One can also admit through ECET exam
Placements & Internships : In college, there are available many internships in BHEL, Mahendra, MRF, etc companies with minimum up to 6000 rs stipend. For placements, there are nearly 100+ companies approaching DVR college for taking up students in their companies. Average salary a student outgoing through placements from the college will get 45000 rs per month. Approximately 90% of students get compulsory placements. Alumni network is so stronger. They formed an association and conduct many activities to encourage and develop students capabilities.
Fees & Scholarships : 60000 rs per year is the fee. 35000 rs scholarship is available to every student passed in EAMCET by the Telangana state government. If students had scored less than 10000 ranks in EAMCET exam they get complete 60000 rs fee reimbursement. Averagely 99.8% students get scholarships.
Academics & Faculty : Daily routine starts at 9:30 am. Daily 3 theory periods and one practical lab or digital learning period. There are 200+ experienced and super qualified staff who makes students learn concepts in an easy and understandable way. Nice college
