The college is equipped with a fully functional canteen to serve hygienically prepared food to the staff and students. A subsidized mess is also in operation inside the campus. Separate messes have been provided for boys and girls.

Internet

The campus is completely networked and interconnected. The Internet facility is free for all the staff and students. Teachers make use of various educational Portals and web sites for teaching, research & learning.

Wi-fi

The ESEC campus has been interconnected through Wired as well as Wireless (Wi-Fi) Networks. The facilities provide access to internet, intranet, and institution based e-mail.

The coverage of Wi-Fi is not restricted to classrooms alone but also extends to common areas like lawns, auditoriums, library, cafeteria, and student hostels.

With this infrastructure, the students of ESEC have access to all e-learning materials related to academics. In addition, online access to various reference books, journals, international papers has also been made available for the benefit of students.

Transport

E.S. Engineering College has a fleet of buses, mini buses, cars and jeeps for use by teachers, students and staff. The college buses are operated in the morning and evening to and from central places in the city and the nearby towns at nominal fares.

All the state government buses from Chennai, Trichy Puducherry etc pass through E.S. Engineering College and they have a high service frequency.
