The GD Goenka University Placement Cell is responsible for managing data and logistics related to the university's job placements. Its role is not only limited to securing employment opportunities for students across India but also to providing them with international job offers.

To aid students in their overall personality development, the placement cell conducts seminars, webinars, and other co-curricular activities.  Seminars, webinars, interaction with industry leaders and various other curricular activities are carried out for the overall personality development of the candidates.

• The placement process begins with recruiters registering with the Campus Recruitment and Employability Skills Development Department, the university's placement cell. 
• The placement cell then shares student CVs with recruiters, and shortlisted candidates must participate in group discussions, tests, and interviews. 
• The recruiters announce the results at the end of all rounds, and selected students collect their offer letters.
