Gaur Brahman Ayurvedic College, founded in 1974 by the Gaur Brahman Vidya Pracharini Sabha under the leadership of Late Sh. Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma, the first Chief Minister of Haryana, is recognized by both the Central/State Governments and affiliated with M.D. University, Rohtak.   • BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) is a degree program recognized by NCISM and accredited by the Government of India (Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Department of AYUSH), the Haryana Government, and Shri Krishna Ayush University, Kurukshetra. It provides in-depth knowledge of both Ayurveda and modern medical science and is globally acknowledged.

    Students are required to pay the examination fee of Rs. 5000/- online, as per the university's notification. The annual bus fee is Rs. 21,000/- (Rs. 1,750/- per month). Hostel accommodation costs Rs. 3,000/- per month, starting from the date of joining. Hostel residents must also pay a monthly mess fee of Rs. 3,200/- directly to the contractor. A refundable caution fee of Rs. 10,000/- is collected only in the first year.

  • The age of the candidate should be 17.

  • The candidate must have completed 10+2 with PCB and English as subjects with 33% marks in each subject and 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university and cleared Sanskrit as an elective/ core subject of at least 100 marks.

  • Admission to the first year class of Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine & Surgery [B.A.M.S.] Degree course shall be open to a person who has cleared the entrance test conducted by the competent authority and has fulfilled the following eligibility conditions

  • The candidate who has taken admission in B.A.M.S. and has not passed Sanskrit at 10+2 level prior to admission in B.A.M.S. shall have to offer Sanskrit in 1st Professional Examination [B.A.M.S.]

  • The students passing qualifying examination from National Open School are also eligible.
