The 40-acre Geeta University, Panipat campus has a state-of-the-art infrastructure responsible for the all-round development of its students. The university has separate hostels for boys and girls with all the modern facilities and attached mess.

Geeta University places full emphasis on the role of sports in shaping the overall personality of the students enrolled. Hence, the university has unique sports infrastructural facilities on its campus which include 7+ acre large sports grounds.

The university runs various clubs and committees to help the students engage in the extracurricular activity of their choice. Some of these clubs include the Dance Club, Sur Sangam Singing Club, Creative Club, Drama and Theater Club and so on.
