GLA University Scholarship Details

GLA University Mathura offers scholarships to eligible applicants. The scholarships are offered based on academic performance and economically disadvantaged students. Candidates must meet the eligibility conditions set by the college to avail of the scholarships. Further details about the GLA University scholarship are given below.

Scholarship for B.Tech Students

Scholarship based on JEE- Mains Score

• A student has to maintain a minimum CPI of 8.00 to avail the scholarship.

Scholarship for B.Pharm Students

• The eligible students are offered a scholarship worth  Rs. 25,000 per annum if they secure more than 90% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biology at 10+2 as per requirement.
• Candidates are expected to maintain a minimum CPI of 8.00 to avail the scholarship in the next year.

Scholarship for M.Tech Students

• The students who have qualified for GATE will receive a scholarship worth Rs. 1,33,000 per annum. The scholarship for non-GATE and GLAET qualified candidates is Rs. 1,05,000 per annum.
• The GLA University candidates are supposed to maintain a minimum CPI of 6.5 to avail of the scholarship in the next year.

Scholarship for M.Pharm Students

• The candidates who have qualified GPAT receive around Rs. 1,33,000 per annum. Students who have qualified Non-GPAT and GLAET are offered a scholarship of Rs. 1,05,000 per annum.
• The student has to maintain a minimum CPI of 6.5 to avail the scholarship in the next year of their studies.

Scholarship for Ph.D. Students

• The GLA University offers teaching assistantships of  Rs. 25,000 per month to selected full-time research scholars in all streams.

Scholarship for General and OBC Candidates 

• The GLA University Mathura scholarship is offered to students whose parents annual income is less than Rs. 2 lakh. The eligible candidates can avail scholarships through the social welfare department (Samaj Kalyan Vibhag) of UP Govt.

SC/ST Scholarship

• The scholarship is offered to students with an annual household income is less than Rs. 2 lakh. The eligible students can avail scholarships through the social welfare department (Samaj Kalyan Vibhag) of UP Govt.

International Scholarship

• The GLA University Mathura scholarships are subject to marks or grades scored in the last mandatory eligible examination for the course opted by the student (i.e. Class 10th for 3 years diploma programs, 10+2 for bachelor programs and graduation for postgraduate programs).
• The scholarship amount is applicable on academic fees only, and only one scholarship will be applicable for an academic year. The pointer system will be maintained for availing the GLA University scholarships for the subsequent years.
