LIBRARY
In order to support diverse range of courses run by the institution the ever expanding library has a diverse collection of more than forty five thousand books on virtually every discipline run by this institution; besides a huge collection of periodicals, journals and up-to-date reference materials. The library is frequently updated to meet specialised needs of novel and allied courses. There are different sections for reference, textbooks, newspapers and magazines. Students can benefit from reference section during the working hours. In other cases the books are available to the students for the period of 15 days. A fine of 50 paisa per day will be charged for the books remaining with the student after the expiry of 15 days. The students can also visit the reading room during the working hours and go through national and local daily newspapers and magazines during vacant sessions.
SPORTS
College has a splendid play ground adjacent to the college spread over lush green acreage of over 12 acres of land. It has tracks/courts for over half a dozen games and has an electrifying atmosphere every afternoon the students throng it for various games. In order to involve all the students in sports activities, The college doesn’t disappoint those who want to workout their stress within the four walls. It has a modern gym center besides table tennis, chess and carrom facilities housed in a spacious structure. For the girl students, college has a mini-gym station.
For participation in various sports activities/events students are advised to contact the Physical Director, Mr. M. B. Singh Sports and Games being an integral part of Barmulla College's total Educational Programme, the following facilities are developed and maintained over the years for the students.

MEDICAL FACILITY
The College offers the services of an on-campus first aid center manned by a Registered Medical Practitioner. All primary medical facilities are provided. In cases of emergency, the services of the nearby District Hospital are availed through a swift mobility mechanism.
HOSTEL
The college at present has seperate Boys and Girls hostels with ample capacity for its male and female students. The hostel provides co-operative mess facility managed by a committee of students duly elected by the hostel boarders under the guidance and supervision of the Superintendent.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : 10 hostels are in our college hostels are neat and clean and 2000 is the fee per month PGs are available and 5000 per month food is of good quality it costs 2000 per month classrooms are good
Fees & Scholarships : My Fee is INR40000 per year I haven't taken any scholarship yet I think 50 students got scholarship no need for Loans
Clubs & Associations : Students are good there are many festivals but the most important one is on sports festival life in college is good

Entrance Exams & Admissions : After passing out from 12th, and a new session admission session starts in colleges. When I get information about admission you have you submit the form and required documents for the admission. Forms are submitted by interested students, after submission of forms the college authority declares a selection list of concerned coarse,but remember there is date limit before which a student can submit form I appeared in one entrance exam for engineering because as my stream was non medical I got selected in 2015 in a college on payment base, but I didn't take admission there because I am interested in business. the selection list for BBA is declared on a percentage basis of 12th standard.Every year at least 70% above is cut off every year.
Placements & Internships : I am still in course, our internship would be in 5th semester still I am in the 4th semester I didn't get any job still intact I have not applied yet but I expect more than 5 lacs after completion of my course.
Fees & Scholarships : My course fee is only Rs 10500(INR) per annum 3 to 4 students for scholarship options are there, last year I had applied for 3, I get Rs5000(INR) for two scholarships each at least 70% get scholarship sometimes some students do not apply that is why it is 70% if any student needs loans he can get from J & K bank easily. It is not limited how much amount they will provide it depends on the amount of fee they will provide accordingly including hostel fee, it depends on student whether he is willing to stay in hostel or not.
Academics & Faculty : Class time for BBA is 10:00 am, after finishing two classes each for 40 minutes we have a break for 40 minutes, during which we eat our lunch and the students. In a weak, we have given the assignment to make by concerned teachers and each student at least have to do a presentation once in a weak. Teachers are well skilled,qualified and good mannered. For each subject every teacher teaches us beautifully just like they are our brothers,or friends. This very college is functional from the 19th century so you could guess how much time it has been worked and still going on. I feel very good there and the sight, location of this college is very beautiful.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : At that time there were 2 hostels and the hostel fee was Rs 2000(INR) per month. PG's are not easily available, if available than at very high cost, minimum 3500 Quality of food was not so good and it costs rupees 70 per meal Quality of classroom, labs etc were good.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility Criteria was 10+2 in any stream and then entrance test was conducted by the University of Kashmir, the typical cut off at that tym was 60.
Placements & Internships : No, one visits the college for the placement of students, few students got employed in the government sector.
Fees & Scholarships : Course fee was 10K(INR) per year at that time, scholarships available were and local fund scholarship by the college itself, the average number of students who got scholarships was 8 to 10 and most of the students need a loan and was easily availed by students from JK Bank.
Academics & Faculty : The quality of teaching was excellent and classes, exams were conducted on time, the overall experience was really amazing in terms of teaching.
Clubs & Associations : Student society was really affected by the competent authority, the main festivals were sports day, Role Of IT, Kashmiri Cultural programmes etc. The life, in general, is good in the college.
