Infrastructure :-
Govt. College of Physical Education, Bhubaneswar comes under the Administrative control of the Director Sports & Youth Services of the Department of Sports & Youth Services, Orissa. After shifting of the college to Bhubaneswar it is running in the kalinga Stadium which is a Department Building of the sports & Youth services Department. The Office, Common room, Hostel (Boys & Girls), Library, gymnasium etc. of the college are located in the north & east portions of the Kalinga Stadium. Students use the practice ground and synthetic track of the stadium for their practical classes.
Campus :-
It is located inside the Kalinga Stadium, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar. It is beside the N.H.-5 and very close to Jayadev-Vihar square, Bhubaneswar and about 5 K.ms. away from Bhubaneswar Railway Station, 5 Kms. from Bhubaneswar Bus Stand and 8K.ms. away from the Bijupattnaik Air Port.
