- The campus is located on the Ludhiana-Malerkotla Road, about 5 kilometres from the Bus Stand and 8 kilometres from the Ludhiana railway station.
- It features lovely structures for the college, hostels, swimming pool, sports and Gymnasium Hall Complex, Gurudwara Sahib, Bank, Dispensary, Post Office, and Open Air Theatre.
- The computer centre operates under the auspices of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering to provide facilities and support to the entire institute in computers, networks, and information systems.
- Beyond college hours, it provides centralised computing facilities to the entire college. It is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends and holidays.
- Students and faculty from all branches use the computer centre for internet access and academic work. It is furnished with 50 Mbps (1:1 pure) leased line internet connectivity and a 25 Mbps standby radio link, allowing the entire college to access the internet.
- The computer centre has three labs with approximately 100 computers each. It is equipped with high-end servers and workstations.
Hostel
- GNDEC hostel accommodates roughly 1200 people.

Library
- GNDEC has a well-established ac central library with an extensive collection of books, online books, print journals, online journals, and back volume journals.
- It has departmental libraries in all departments to meet the needs of undergraduate, graduate, and faculty students. It has a working area of approximately 1800 square metres.
- There is also a separate welfare library collection, which can be accessed via Web OPAC from any terminal on the campus network.
- The GNDEC infrastructure has a reference collection that is constantly updated and expanded by purchasing CD-ROM databases and access to online databases via the internet.
- The GNDEC library is also linked to DELNET, which allows for interlibrary loan and document delivery services. The library will implement institutional repository services using Dspace Digital Library software. This service will make research work easily accessible.
Sports: There is an athletic track, a billiards room, a swimming pool, a gymnasium, and playgrounds.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : 3 hostels and 1 girls hostel are there. Hostel fees is around 5000 per month including mess charges. There are many PGs available near college campus, and the prices are about 2000-3000 per month. The quality of food is quite impressive and it serves different meals. Everyday cost is about 50-100 per meal depending upon the type of the meal. Classrooms are old fashioned with wooden tables, and no ACs are available in classrooms, labs are pretty good with AC facility, no major dining halls just canteen tables and mess tables are there. Wifi is provided free of cost to the students and hostlers, and it's fast. Other infrastructures include an auditorium hall, open-air theatre, Day scholar club, playgrounds, etc.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Minimum 65% in +2 with chemistry, physics, mathematics as mandatory subjects. Addmission is done with Punjab Technical University counseling and it is done in 2 rounds and other way is direct addmission. Entrance exams i took is JEE Mains. Cut off is in between 75-85.
Placements & Internships : I haven't completed any paid internship. Our major placements partners are TCS,Wipro, Eicher, Tech Mahindra, Microsoft, Amazon, Wallmart and many more. Average package is around 4 lakh per annum and Highest 13 lac per annum. Placements percentage is around 60-65%. Our Alumni network is wide and have many partners, sponsors locally as well as international.
Fees & Scholarships : Around INR 95000 per annum. SC/BC students get around 80-90% scholarship. Merit students get 80% scholarship. Around 25-30% students get scholarship. No major need of loans, if still needed Banks Like HDFC provide student loan.
Academics & Faculty : Class timings are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. 2-3 projects every semester. weekly assignments, 3 exams are conducted. mid sem 1,.mid sem 2 and finals. Apart from some subjects, quality teaching is provided and method is quite good. Overall experience is above average and environment is just okay of the college.
Clubs & Associations : There are many student societies available in college campus that include, ISTE, CML, CSE, and many more, FM radio club is there and many other associations like AIA club etc .Founder' Day is major festival of the campus. Other events like annual sports meet, GNE Tech Fest. College life is not as expected and environment is very boring and canteens are also small and not any enjoyment option in college campus.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : I am a day scholar, not a hosteler. But heard from my hosteler friends that their hostel fee is approximately 22,000-24,000 per year with a good hostel facility and mess/food fee is approximately 26,000-28,000 per year. There PGs facility are also available outside near about college. Condition of classrooms, labs are also much better than some other colleges. Unlimited WiFi is available with a good range. Very big library.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : I took admission on the basis of JEE MAIN rank and I also took Fee Waiver Seat in my College.
Placements & Internships : According to me average salary/package of our College (GNDEC Ludhiana) is approximately 2.5-3 Lakh per year. But I get 5th rank to this college in Punjab with include IIT and NIT. Also it is Autonomous.
Fees & Scholarships : My course fee is 28,000- 30,000 per year on Fee Waiver Seat. But for Normal seat course fee is approximately 90,000-95,000 per year(very high) because it is semi-government college.
Academics & Faculty : The daily routine of our College is good and Quality and method of teaching are also good with supportive teachers and staff.
Clubs & Associations : The student societies, clubs and associations on campus are also good. The Main fests of our College are i.e. Tech fest, youth fest, diff. diff. Sports fest and cultural fest etc.

Your extra food bill will be more than monthly food bill.pgs are available but costly and with not much facilities.library good WiFi is the only thing which is perfect for college.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : First only AIEEE candidate were eligible for admission but now they are taking on 12TH marks basis too
Fees & Scholarships : Fees are high as compared to the government-funded university and office work is slow so there will be a little difficulty in getting documents for education loan
Academics & Faculty : Class timings are good, they give funding for the project but no idea and it's like cut copy paste they give generalize marking. Only a few teachers can teach without book others are just dictating book in class.
