Health Centre: GNDU Campus Amritsar has a health centre that provides medical facilities to the teaching fraternity, students, non-teaching staff, retirees/pensioners and residents of the campus. It offers various facilities, including Ayurveda, medical, OPD Dental, OPD physiotherapy, outpatient clinic, etc. The emergency facility and ambulance service are available 24x7.

Media Centre: Guru Nanak Dev University has a well-equipped media centre for providing important information on developments in any part of the world. The venture would immensely benefit the instructors and the students.

Library: GNDU library is Bhai Gurdas Library and offers a subscription to 65 foreign journals and 124 Indian journals. It participates in the INFLIBNET UGC-Infonet e-journals Consortium Program, which provides access to over 7232 e-journals and databases. GNDU also has a computer department. The computer sector handles library operations such as housekeeping, bibliographic services, and book database preparation. RFID tags are being applied to books to computerise the circulation process. It has created several databases of books, periodicals, manuscripts, and other materials. The section also checks for plagiarism in papers, PhD theses, and other publications.

Hostel: GNDU hostel offers accommodation facilities for males and females. There are two wrecks and two bottles in the lodging, and they are run on an agreement premise.
