Gyan Jyoti College refrained from holding any entrance level examinations, for admission the candidate must apply through online portal and have an interview with the board members. Requirements: candidate must provide minimum marks of 50%. Application fee was about 400 Rs and was advertised through various social media platforms.
Fees & Scholarships :
B.A. English,Honours,3 Years course had an overall price tag of 140,000rs for an entire course. As the college was jus recently established (2007) not much scholarship and financial assistance was present. The college provides opportunity for various handcraft fairs to be held within campus as a means for enjoyment and some form of job opportunity.
Academics & Faculty :
Gyan Jyoti College provided various kinds of knowledge in different fields, the faculty were very present in an individual`s field, they provided extra classes for those who required. Teachers were very efficient in their respected fields and took keen observation to their class. problems relating to study material were none as most were presented in websites.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities :
there were no hostel facilities, however overall campus was comfy and quiet regardless of outside temperature/noise. Library was perhaps the most UpToDate and fancy facility provided in campus with various books including study material .
Clubs & Associations :
With in campus mainly various types of commercial fairs were regularly held mostly for the purpose of students interaction with various fields. No student were allowed to join just one club or no club at all, as the institution believed, for an individual to grow one must be active in many fields. some examples are as follows, Photography, Sports, Community Service, Publications, Arts and Cultural club. The mentioned clubs improves an individual mentally and physically.
