Entrance Exams & Admissions :
There are mainly two criteria through which students have to go through to be eligible for the admission (1) Written - (You'll have to pass in the written test which generally compromises current affairs and few more segments) (2) Oral- (If you've passed your written test with flying colors, it's time to go through oral which is generally conducted with high qualified officials who tests your confidence level, your IQ level and thus identifies your ability. Besides the Written and Oral test, one will have to go through the Teleprompter Test in which students read the stories swiped through the screen.
Placements & Internships :
If you're pursuing Masters which is of 2 years course, you'll get an opportunity to do an internship with the renowned organization after completion of the first year. In case of pursuing BAMC which is 3 years course, you'll be granted an internship after completion of the second year. In the history of IAAN, our alumni are well settled with the most prestigious organizations including Aaj Tak, India TV, India News, Sahara Samay, ANI, and many established their careers successfully in the film industry. Academics & Faculty :
IAAN focuses on academics as well as on practicals with the same priority. The classes start at 10:30 am but you'll have to mark your presence before 9 am as division classes continue from 9 am-10 am. Your academic class starts at 10:30 am which continues till 12:30 pm and after that, the second half starts at 1:30 pm which ends at 3:30 pm. You'll experience outside classes too on different locations on daily basis which will give you a sense of understanding how the professional world circulates. The overall experience in college is quite good. From campus to class, from faculty to students everything feels great which you'll cherish in memories for a lifetime.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities :
The college itself provides a separate hostel for boys and girls with a secure environment. The food here provided is quite healthy and almost gives you Ghar ka khana vibes. The hostel fee per year includes 96,000 which adds everything ( i.e electricity, security, food). If you want to live in PG, you'll find plenty of options just outside the college which costs you around 8-10k per month. The classroom is lashed with AC along with a library, computer class, News Room, and a small but great campus with a strong WiFi network.
Clubs & Associations :
We never call it a college which barely means students, teachers, and so many studies instead we call it a family. IAAN family and being family we celebrate every festival together including Holi, Mata ki chauki, Diwali, and the list is countless which gives a positive atmosphere. Life is magical in IAAN.
