Placements & Internships : - The summer internship program (SIP) is taken care by the Placement Cell, IILM University, Gurugram which is completely run by student body under the supervision of Placement Officers. The companies usually hire on tenure ranging from 30 days to 60 days. The profiles or streams that University offers in MBA Program are Marketing, Finance, Operations & Technology, HR & OB, Business Analytics, International Business & PR. The university provides Single & Dual Specialization courses to students. Companies like Kellogg's, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, PWC, HCL, ICICI Bank, Reliance Retail, HDFC Group, Tata Group, Maruti Suzuki, Naukri.com, etc hires from on-campus placements. Average CTC lies between 6 Lakhs - 14 Lakhs Per Annum. Highest CTC till now is around 24 Lakhs Per Annum. Around 98% students who opt for campus placements get placed within their 2nd Year of MBA Program. - Alumni Network of IILM University, Gurugram is strong and well-connected with college peers and management. The university organizes Mentor Talks, Sectorial Week, Placement Preparation, Interview & Verbal Skills enhancement, and much more. Alumni network is reachable via LinkedIn and social media.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : - The Eligibility criteria require a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or stream from a recognized University or College with 50% marks collectively. Further, Admission in IILM University, Gurugram requires an Entrance Exam score. The university accepts scores of CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT followed by which a paid application form has to be filled and a Personal Interview (PI) is conducted by Admission Team or University Faculty. - I took the MAT exam in 2022 in which I scored a decent percentage. My personal interview was conducted online because I applied during summers when covid restrictions were there in Delhi NCR. However, you can visit the campus for physical interview as well. The cut-off required for minimum eligibility is 50% marks in Graduation, 12th Grade and a decent Entrance Exam score. However, University offers scholarships ranging between 10% to 40% on different criteria and eligibility.

Fees & Scholarships : The course fee for Single Specialization is around Rs. 7 Lakhs and Rs. 10.80 Lakhs for Dual Specialization (Approx). However, If a Female Candidate applies, IILM University, Gurugram provides 10% Discount or Rebate to all Womens to Promote Girl Child Education. The fees break-up is in form of 6 EMI along with one-time registration fee. Scholarship options are available in 3 categories. 1st Category offers 10% Scholarship. This is entitled to those students who have 60% or above marks in their B.E or B.Tech or Candidate should be from state of J&K or North East or Defence Background. 2nd Category of Scholarship offers 40% Scholarship to students who have 80% & above in XII, 70% & above in B.Tech or B.E. and 65% above for courses like BCA, BBA, B.COM, etc. Along with Minimum score of 700 in MAT, 240 in NMAT & 300 in CMAT. 3rd Category of Scholarship offers 40% Scholarship on score of 80 percentile or above in CAT or XAT (competitive exam) and 30% scholarship on 70 percentile or above. 10% students of total batch are entitled to scholarship upon different grounds. Yes, University accepts student loan from any recognized Govt/Public Bank upon correct documents and approval from Bank.

Academics & Faculty : The Classes begin from 9:30 AM in morning and goes upto 2:30 PM in afternoon or sometimes upto 4:00 PM as well. There are 3 lectures each day which includes 1hr 15min of class time + 15 Minutes of break before next lecture. The University gives holiday on 2nd & 4th Saturday. Project's are based upon real-life case studies and companies. It includes SWOT analysis, Marketing Plan, Business Model, Legal Aspects of Businesses, etc. - Exams are held in 2 different types of modes: The university takes online quizzes, assignments, presentations, etc. This is included in Internal Exams and after ending of every semester External Exams took place which is in Pen Paper Mode. Combining both the candidate needs minimum 40% to pass in each subject. The faculties have good experience of both Corporate & Teaching world. They use modern techniques, class activities, Presentations, etc to develop the student interest in the following subject. The overall experience in college is Excellent. The facilities the college provides is satisfactory and the ROI (Return on Investment) a candidate makes can be redeemed upon the following years in terms of package and ethics.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 2 separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostel building is inside the university premises. The hostel room offers a standard Three-Bed accommodation in a single room followed by all the facilities required for students like Hot Water, Meals, Laundry, Air Conditioning, etc. The hostel fee is included in student fee chart. - The University is located at the heart of Gurugram, i.e, Golf Course Road. There are plenty of options for PG and Flats for students nearby to college. Some popular areas are Sushant Lok 2, Phase 1, Phase 3, Sector 44-46, Sector 73, etc. The rent starts from Rs. 12k per month for Single Room and goes upto 20-25k per month. There are PGs for Girls/Boys which starts from Rs. 8k Per head (minimum) including food and electricity. The food in college cafeteria is affordable and follows a healthy menu with mouth savoury items. The minimum food item starts from Rs. 30 for a sandwich. Cafeteria offers a Thali which comprises of 4-5 different types of dishes & is priced at an affordable rate of Rs. 80 - The classrooms are full centralized air conditioned, Free WiFi across campus, Library consists of all the Journals, Research Papers & books by famous authors. The campus has different sports grounds for sports like Basketball, Football, Badminton, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Gym, Common room for boys & girls. The campus is spread across 7 acres of land consisting of an Indoor Car-Bike Parking. There are other departments and buildings for other courses. The Department of Law, School of Business & Management Studies, School of Journalism, Department of Liberal Arts, Fine Arts & Psychology.

Clubs & Associations : The student societies are managed and run by the student body itself. There are different cells and clubs for different purposes. The college has 10-12 different clubs and cells. I'm listing some of them The Placement Cell - IILM, Marketing Insights - The Marketing Society of IILM, Utsav - The Cultural Club, Meraki - The Drama Club, Finserv - The Finance Club & much more. - The university celebrates all the different National & Religious Festivals including Independence Day - Azadi ka Mela, Dandiya Nights on Navratri, Halloween Day, Diwali Mela, Constitution Day, Management Day (which comprises of brainstorming activites and physical fun to do games). The college life in overall is pretty good, everyday I learn and experience new things in my life. Which i never experienced before. The mentoring, Guidance, Townhall, Etc gives great insights, the teaching method is unique and overall the students are friendly with each other in terms of relations and work.
