IICPT offers Graduate Research Assistantships (GRA) for eligible M. Tech students of Rs.16000/- per month and Doctoral Research Assistantships (DRA) for eligible Ph. D students
of Rs.24000/- per month depending on the funds available in the R&D funded projects.

Eligible candidates can apply and obtain the assistantships on a competitive basis. Our IICPT graduate students are winners of CSIR and other national fellowships. The following are the
merit scholarships offered for the students under merit cum mean basis:

Fees & Scholarships : The course fee at Indian Institute of Crop Processing Technology is Rs. 1 lakh pa. The scholarship is given to top three students of class and one economical weaker student from each batch. You can also enroll for MOMA scholarship through college. From every class 1 out of 11 gets a scholarship. Loan are generally not needed but if you are having a low income you can apply for the loan.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for joining Indian Institute of Crop Processing Technology is passing the 12th in maths or biology stream. The students have to clear the JEE MAIN exam with 60000 rank. To pass in all subjects at the campus the student has to score 60% in all subjects.

Placements & Internships : The students at Indian Institute of Crop Processing Technology get placed in the food companies. The average salary offered to the students is Rs. 7.5 lakh pa. The hostel is equipped with tv room, gym room, mess with full air conditioning, free wifi unlimited usage. Living outside the campus is quite expensive. The hostel is under government control so its quiet cheaper. Being a food processing college, food will be obviously good. The classroom is well ventilated and digitally equipped, with step wise benching system, an international pattern of benching. The library has all the books from a-z books regarding foods and its susidiaries. Library is fully airconditioned. The whole campus is under wifi.

Clubs & Associations : There are different clubs like sports, environment, music, cultural, science, entrepreneurship at Indian Institute of Crop Processing Technology. College celebrates club opening, club closing, hostel day, sports day, and all national and major festivals. The college has very tidy and prosperous environment for study.
