Facilities :- 

Hostel 

The institute has its own hostel complex located in its campus which provides boarding and lodging facilities to participants of various training courses including APPPA training course, its outstation members, bonafide research scholars, member’s recommended guests, Educational institutions, Govt. Departments and others. 

Library 

The IIPA Library is one of the major social science resources in India. It has a collection of about 2,15,909 volumes of books and periodicals and receives 327 current periodicals. As on March 31, 2015 the computerized library database has 1,21,819 records relating to books and 1,07,874 records relating to periodical articles. 

The collection is particularly rich in the areas of public administration, management sciences, economics, planning and development, political science, sociology, rural and urban studies, gender studies and environmental sciences. The Public Document Section of the Library which contains Census of India publications, reports of various committees and commissions appointed by the Central and State Governments, National Sample Survey reports, annual reports of various ministries and departments of the Government of India, and select publications of international organizations, is acknowledged to be one of the richest collections in the country. 

Centre For Learning In ICT & E-Governance 

The Institute has a well equipped Computer Center with Pentium based PCs, servers, and internet facilities through the server. 

Conference Hall 

The State-of-Art Conference Hall of IIPA is fully equipped with audio-visual aids, recording facilities, with a seating capacity of 90. Conferences/Workshops/Seminars are organized here on regular basis. 

Auditorium 

The Institute has a special auditorium for conducting extracurricular activities and cultural programs. 

Lecture Halls 

The Institute has a special APPPA hall for participants of the Advanced Professional Programme in Public Administration. It has a seating capacity of over 50. The hall is fully equipped with LCD Projector, OHP, Audio-Video aids, Recording facilities etc. In addition, the Institute has four modern lecture halls wherein training is conducted throughout the year. All the lecture halls of the Institute are air-conditioned.
