Evaluation of IHM Gurdaspur Result 2021
IHM Gurdaspur follows the National Council for Hotel Management’s (NCHMCT) scheme of evaluation for the degree and diploma courses, consisting of theory and practical with internal and external assessment. In the internal assessment, about 30% of the marks given to a candidate is assessed based on their performance in the institute including attendance, internal exams and class tests, assignments and other activities. The remaining 70% is evaluated from the candidate’s performance in the end term examinations (theory and practical) out of 100 marks.
A candidate must secure at least 40% in the internal and end term exams taken together, for passing the theory subjects. To pass practical subjects, candidates must secure at least 50% marks in the internal and end term exams taken together. Students need a total minimum of 50% marks in the end term exams to pass the industrial training, research project and term work towards the end of their course. Students who could not fulfill the pass marks in the regular exams can re-appear for the supplementary and special exams held towards the end of the semester. On passing all the examinations and fulfilling other examination criteria, the candidates are awarded the degree or diploma certificate by the NCHMCT.
Revaluation of IHM Gurdaspur Result 2021
IHM Gurdaspur encourages eligible students to apply for verification of their theory and practical marks and rechecking of their regular and re-appear results. Students are notified about the deadlines and details regarding the application process for verification/rechecking as soon as the results are declared. Students can check the ‘Result/Forms’ section of the IHM website to check the notifications and access the application form. Candidates have to apply for the process within 15 days of result declaration, by paying a nominal fee of INR 300 per subject at the institute office. The institute will do the verification/rechecking process in the applicant's presence on the notified date, and the change in results will be updated accordingly.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria of my course was simple you just need to clear one entrance exam which was held in the nearest ihm’s to your city. I live in Kanpur and I have given my entrance exam in IHM Lucknow. Another thing was that you have to score min. 60% in 12 frm a recognised board. Entrance exam was not difficult although the maths and reasoning part was bit difficult.

Quality and method of teaching is excellent as per our faculties are highly qualified... It is good to be a ihmite ...various things are being taught to us..with various methods..
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The are 2 hostels in college..seprated boys and girls... Pgs outside the cold is even better than the inside hostels..hostels take more fees don't provide too much..around 40,000 pre-sem...and Pgs are rented around 2000 per month..are better. Food in college.. is included in fees. Classrooms are good...libraries are best ...wifi is there but only for the administration.. not for students.
