Institute of Insurance and Risk Management Hyderabad is known for its state-of-the-art infrastructure. The campus aims at providing the best environment for its students which will, in turn, help them to excel in their academics.

The college has cutting-edge audio and video systems.The IIRM infrastructure facilities offered by the college include well-furnished classrooms, conference halls, and a well-equipped auditorium. The college receives water from both municipal and private sources.

The RO plant facilities ensure that clean water is available to the campus at all times. Apart from the State Electricity Board, IIRM Hyderabad has its own generators, inverters, ups systems that provide continuous power supply to the campus and its equipment.

IIRM infrastructure also has an IT and Language Lab, which has all the facilities, including software and hardware necessary for the curriculum. Classrooms

• The institute has well-equipped conference halls, classrooms, and a fully air-conditioned auditorium.
• This RIIM facility also has cutting-edge audio-visual equipment to meet the needs of students and participants for classroom work, conferences, training programs, and seminars.
• All classrooms have speakers, collar microphones for faculty, laptops, whiteboards, and screen projectors, and the public lecture halls have a high-fidelity video screen, speakers, and microphones.

Library

• For students and faculty, the college has an excellent learning resource centre.
• Students can access books, journals, case study materials and check the availability of library materials in real-time.
• IIRM Hyderabad library provides various information services to aid in learning that adheres to the highest professional standards.

IT Lab

• The computer centre is well-equipped with a cutting-edge Local Area Network (LAN), which provides a multi-user environment and terminals running on the Windows platform.
• Modern packages such as Microsoft Office Productivity Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, integrated Accounting Package (TALLY), and so on are available.
• Analytics students have received training in Statistical and Analytics software packages, allowing them to use HADOOP and R. They also get hands-on experience with the TABLEAU software.

Seminar Hall

• The IIRM Hyderabad infrastructure consists of a seminar hall which has a large seminar hall that can accommodate up to 120 people. It is also equipped with audio-visual equipment.

Hostel

• The residential complex consists of separate hostels for boys and girls, a canteen for 24x7 catering services, a few quarters for the staff, recreation facilities, and more.
• IIRM Hyderabad facility on hostel includes close monitoring of the campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week for the students safety and security (CCTV).
• The hostel covers an area of approximately 2 Acres. The ground floors of the respective hostels house the Hostel Administrator / Warden's Office, a common room, a Gymnasium, a laundry facility, tea/coffee dispensers, and so on.

Canteen

• The canteen has its own kitchen to ensure proper catering arrangements.
• The kitchen is furnished with modern and automatic equipment, ensuring a high level of hygiene and higher quality output.
• Students are reminded to always follow the instructions posted at the canteen to use the catering services.
• Catering services are provided by a registered catering contractor who is chosen after careful consideration, and the contract is for the entire year.

Sports Facilities

• IIRM infrastructure provides indoor and outdoor games like badminton, basket ball, table tennis, carrom , chess ,gym.
