IUST Admission 2024: Check Admission Details

BA [Hons] / BBA / B.Sc:

The candidate should have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized Board of Education to apply for IUST admission 2024.

M.Sc / MA:

In order to get admission in Islamic University of Science and Technology, the candidate should have passed Bachelor's Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized College/ University.

BA {Hons.} / B.Sc / MA / MCA / M.Sc:

The admission process will be based on marks secured in Entrance Examination conducted by the Islamic University of Science and Technology

B.Tech:

The candidate should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as a mandatory subject from a recognized Board of Education to apply for Islamic University of Science and Technology admission 2024.

B.Tech [Lateral Entry]:

The candidate should have passed 3-Years Diploma course in Engineering from a recognized College/ University.

The admission process will be based on marks secured in JEE-Main (Paper-I) Entrance Examination.

• The candidate should have passed Graduation in any stream from a recognized College/ University to apply for IUST, Pulwama admission.

• The candidate should appear and have a valid score in CMAT (70%) Entrance Examination and GD & PI (30%)

M.Tech [Food Technology]:

• The candidate should have passed B.Tech Food Technology from a recognized College/ University to apply for Islamic University of Science and Technology, Pulwama admission.

• The candidate should appear and have a valid score in GATE/ Entrance Examination conducted by the University.

The admission process will be based on marks secured in GATE/ Entrance Examination conducted by the University.

The candidate should have passed BCA/ equivalent Bachelor's Degree from a recognized College/ University to apply for Islamic University of Science and Technology admissions.

• The Application Form is available on the Official Website of Islamic University of Science and Technology, Pulwama

• The candidate should Register with the Email Id and Password to fill the Application Form.

• Fill the Application Form with the Personal, Academic, Graduation, Documents Attachment, and Payment.

• Upload the recent colored Passport Size Photograph in the Application Form.

• Attach the required Documents for the verification process to the Admission.

• Pay the Application Fees of Rs.1000/- for Indian and Rs.1500/- for NRI through Online using Debit/ Credit Card or Net Banking.

• The document should be attached for verification are as follows:

  • Academic/ Graduation Marksheet.

  • DOB Certificate.

  • Entrance Examination Scorecard.

  • Caste Certificate.

  • Conduct Certificate.

  • Permanent Residency Certificate (In case of NRI)

Important Instructions:

• The Passport Size Photograph should be 5KB-200KB in JPG, PNG of dimension (130x160)

• After the submission of the Application Form, a popup message will be shown regarding Name, Applicant No. and Form No.

• Note the Applicant No. and Form No. for future references.

• There are different Application Fees for NRI Students.

• If the candidates applying for more than one programme, they should pay an additional fee of Rs. 100/- (per programme) as Application Fee.

• Submit the hard copy of the Application Form along with the bank receipt of Pay-in-Slip and attested relevant documents in the respective department, IUST, Awantipora.

• The candidates are advised to collect the hard copy of the prospectus against the original pay-in-slip amounting to rupees not less than 1000/- in case of UG and PG Program and 300/- in case of Diploma Program.

• Use the Applicant No. to check the status of your form after 48 hours of your hardcopy form submission.
