Hostel

• ITM University Gwalior hostel facilities are separate for boys and girls.
• The ITMU Gwalior boys hostel has 1150 beds, while the girls hostel has 200 beds and a safe for valuables.
• The boys' hostel has basic recreational and indoor sports facilities. A hygienic mess, accommodating up to 800 people, is also present.
• For short excursions to Gwalior and other nearby areas, transport facilities are also provided to hostlers from the ITM University Gwalior campus.

Library

• ITM University Gwalior has a central library that is centrally air-conditioned with a massive collection of over 1 lakh books, reference materials, periodicals, and subscriptions to both national and international journals.
• ITM Gwalior constantly updates the library with many books and online resources.
• The  ITM University Gwalior infrastructure includes a digital library, developed with 45 personal computers and spacious reading rooms comprising various journals, books, magazines and newspapers.
• The E-Granthalaya software package, an integrated multi-user library management system, accompanies the university library.

Art
