JIMS Placements: JIMS houses a separate cell called as Corporate Resource Management Centre (CRMC) for the placement purpose. CMRC is responsible for the overall development of students and providing them with the best placements. CMRC organizes seminars, workshops and industrial visits along with overall placement activity to develop the skill set of the students. CRMC also conducts the Integrated Personality Enhancement Programme (IPEP) session for the overall personality development of the students stressing on language communication, grooming, etc. The college has a record of 100% placement.

JIMS Internship: At JIMS, the students have to undergo two compulsory internship programs (one in winter and other in summer) in a year. Students get exposure to multiple fields like rural immersion, community development, sustainable development, industrial process, and business management which prepares them to face all kinds of scenarios in future professional life.
