JIMS Rohini Admission

JIMS Rohini has a rigorous selection procedure in order to pick the right candidates for admission to its PGDM program. JIMS Rohini admissions for the PGDM courses are based on valid scores in various management entrance examinations like CAT/MAT/GMAT/CMAT/XAT. Also, there are other qualifier rounds whose scores are considered. These include group discussions and personal interview rounds.

• Around 35% of the PGDM admission procedure weightage is occupied by the management entrance exam scores, followed by 20%, which is occupied by the past academic merit of the candidate and work experience in the relevant domain.
• The remaining 45% is occupied by group discussion, personal interview, and written essay rounds collectively, with GD occupying 15%, PI round occupying 25%, and the remaining 5% marks are awarded to the candidates based on the quality of the written essay.
• For PGDM admissions, firstly, the resume is screened based on some relevant academic parameters, including educational qualification, entrance test scores, and work experience in the appropriate domain. Then, the shortlisted candidates need to appear for a personal interview and a written essay round, followed by a group discussion at the end.
• For BBA and BCA admissions, the candidates are selected via the online centralized counselling conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Valid CET scores of the candidates are taken into consideration.

The institute has been able to maintain a 100% placement rate in the last three batches.JIMS Rohini has a Corporate Resource Management Center which takes care of the placement activities happening within the campus premises.

The institute offers diverse internship opportunities to the students enrolled. This further tests their practical knowledge and lets them experiment with the course concepts. The average package offered to the graduating batch was INR 8.60 Lakhs per annum.

• The highest stipend offered during the JIMS Rohini PGDM placement season (2023-25)  was INR 26,000, while that provided to the students during the summer placement season (2022-24) was INR 30,000. Hence, the highest stipend was reduced by INR 4,000 recently.
• Also, the number of companies visiting the JIMS Campus during the placement season (2022-24) was reduced as compared to the previous two placement seasons. 
• Over 190 companies visited the JIMS Rohini campus during the PGDM placement season (2021-23). Similarly, around 180 companies visited during the placement drives conducted in (2020-22). However, a recent decrease in the number of hiring partners visiting the JIMS Campus was noticed recently when only 142 companies visited the campus during the PGDM placement season (2022-24).

• Internship Opportunities: JIMS Rohini offers internships in top reputed companies like Agile Ventures, Atlanta, Punjab National Bank, Regalo, and so on to the enrolled students. The JIMS Rohini internships were being offered for 3 months duration: between 15 April to 15 July for the PGDM academic batch (2023-25).
• FPM Financial Support: The students enrolled for the Fellow Program in Management are offered a stipend of INR 35,000 per month during the first and second years. Similarly, INR 40,000 per month is provided in the third and fourth years, respectively.
