JNTUK, or JNTU Kakinada, was set up in 1946 as a public university with a campus of 110 acres. JNTUK was earlier known as The College of Engineering, Vizagpatnam. JNTUK became a constituent of the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in 1972. JNTUK offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses in engineering, science, management, commerce and pharmacy. The admissions are based on national-level and state-level entrance exams. These include AP EAMCET/ JEE Main/ AP ECET/ TS EAMCET/ JEE Advanced/ TNEA for B.Tech; APICET/ TSICET/ MAT/ XAT/ CAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ ATMA for MBA/ PGDM.

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada admission 2024, is currently in process. JNTU Kakinada result 2021-22 has been declared. It can be checked on the official website of the college. Results for many courses are announced, and for some classes, they will soon be declared. University conducts the end-semester examinations for its UG/PG courses twice a year, usually in November and May. Candidates need a minimum pass mark of 35% in the end-term test to be promoted to the next semester. Students can check their results by following these few simple steps.
