JNU 2024: Highest & Average Salary Package, Top Companies

JNU placement 2024 data is not yet released. According to the 2023 placement report, the highest package stood at INR 33.0 LPA and the average package at INR 11.0 LPA. Some of the top recruiters of JNU include HSBC, Ciena, Strand Life Science, S&P Global, Cradlepoint, Optum, Salesforce, etc.

The JNU placement cell is a unique team in charge of all the updates and processes about placements. JNU Placement Process

JNU placement office invites all the businesses and organizations interested in hiring on campus. The following describes the procedures for hiring on campuses.

• Companies and organizations looking to hire students should contact placement@mail.jnu.ac.in directly. The email should include information about the business or organization, the position's nature, any prerequisites or selection criteria, and the compensation to be provided.
• Companies/Organizations are required to fill out a Job Notification Form (JNF).
• The employer will instantly register with the JNU Placement Cell once it receives the full JNF with all the necessary information. The JNU Placement's office will subsequently communicate information about open positions with students.
• On mutually agreeable terms, the placement office will advise the employer or organization of the number of interested students and any potential dates for campus recruiting.
• After the recruitment process, the business or organization will be obligated to announce the names of the chosen individuals.
