Nestled in the woods on the outskirts of Hyderabad, the college is in the vicinity of the village Yenkapally(now renamed has bhaskar nagar), Ranga Reddy, about 18 km from Mehdipatnam, on the Highway to Vikarabad, and is well connected to the twin cities and accessible from the mehdipatnam.
Facilities
Library
The college library has around 2000 old books & 2 new books relevant to the student's fields of study. The library has subscriptions to new papers. Books of general interest and dictionaries of the disciplines are not given to students for reference.
Health– Center
JBIET has a health center that provides first-aid and medical kits along with the guidance of a medical assistant. The institution has as a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Bhaskar General Hospital(established by J.B.Group of Management) for medical and diagnostic services both as outpatients and inpatients.
infrastructure
The construction of the building is not yet completed (*started in 2001.**in order to avoid tax). This is the worst construction plan ever made by human. The overall college gets painted occasionally whenever a VIP comes to college annual day (jb group *don't expect vips).
Sports
In JBREC, students are encouraged to involve in physical activity either in college or off-site. Sport room is available for students for enrichment activity. Team games are offered along with other sports (*condition applies per team 200rs only). The college has two university cricket grounds one is yenkapally village ground and second ground is present on backside of the college where usually college buses are parked so we have to take care that we don't break any bus windows, volleyball court &, basketballs are present only on papers.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Infrastructure was very nice. Food in our canteens was yummy.
Academics & Faculty : Daily we attend the classes. Simultaneously practical experience also we gain by the assignments given ,which we have do it in labs. The support given by over faculty was very good. Because of our faculty i have recently participated in gokart challenge which took place at Pune. Me and my team members were well appreciated for the innovation we presented over there. Where ever the workshops and the fests goes on, I definitely go and participate. Quality of teaching provided for us was very nice. Overall I was experiencing a technical and managerial experience.
Fees & Scholarships : Our college fee is Rs 52,000/- per year. We don't have any scholarship options in our college. Loan is not required.
Placements & Internships : I did an internship in a service center near my house without stipend. The key companies which hire students in our college are scient Pvt Lt ,NOX technologies. Other companies are related to software are Infosys and wipro. Many have placed into these companies.
